About the Designer
Kristen Hewitt is a two-time Emmy award winning TV reporter for FOX Sports and the Miami HEAT. She’s also a writer, podcaster and small business owner. Kristen chose Blessings in a Backpack because as the mom of two miracle IVF girls, she never wants to see any child go hungry. She loves their mission and hopes more will contribute to ensuring all students have access to healthy meals on the weekends.
